Eat alot of fruits and ve...I drink alot of water... Eat alot of fruits and veggies. One thing I have learned is eating alot of fruits can also cause some weight gain do to the natural sugars in them..so i limit my fruit to when I have a sweet craving. Walking is the best exercise to do. We do alot of it in the day and don't even realize that we are burning calories. I lady I knew lost 100 lbs on her own just by walking, drinking water, and counting calories.
