Ok, so I have been told that Buckwheat is good for me but why? Anyone who really knows me knows that I always like to know the reason why!!! So, I did some research...here is what I found:)...just in case you want to enjoy a big ole' bowl of buckwheat in honor of us!!!

Who knew??? Well, some of you all may have, but I didn't! So, now I will research some recipes for using buckwheat...by the way, that is what the girls and I had for breakfast this morning.
