Your ideas sound good to me... I'll have to go to the website where you got your "ticker." I like the healthy recipe idea... I use my George Foreman a LOT! Ha... as I type my husband is waiting for me to put cookies in the oven (ironic?). He is in very good shape and eats anything he wants... so not fair!

You're right, Karen! Since I started working at the local gymnastics center in Jan, I have lost 10 pounds! I tell my husband it's bc I jump on the trampoline for 4 hours every day!
