Have you ever taken homeopathic things/herbs/or just tried to eat more fruits and veggies? I have pulled out a cookbook lately that has all kinds of recipes for things mainly made with f/v's. The kids have loved the shakes we have been doing in the morning. Tonight, we had black eyed peas seasoned with purple onions that were sauteed in olive oil and with Bragg's Liquid Aminos. They were yummy! For lunch, we had chicken tacos and I had cut up some green bell pepper to top mine...and Katie tried some on her own accord and John too and they liked them! YIPPEE!

We love apples & PB for breakfast, or carrots and celery w/ PB for lunch.
Wow. 6 hours is a long time. I'm glad I don't drink many sugary drinks!
